Philosophy

My philosophy for photography is taking time and being creative. There are times that you have to just snap photos quick but you also have to think about how you take your picture. They may not come out the way you want it to be, but that's when you find something else. I believe a good photographer has to have some creativity so they can take other great photos if they miss an opportunity. Creativity is important, you have to make a photo interesting to catch an eye.
A good photo has to have color, subject, and and beauty. No one wants to look at a photo that is just a bunch of colors. They want to look at something that has a meaning and has beauty. Color is important, i take photos that make colors pop. How I decide to take a photo is all based on all three of those qualities.
Photography is in my future because I believe I can capture those special moments in my life. I look forward to a life full of beatuiful moments in a photo.

Center of Interest

Center of interest is when the subject is in center or the subject is in focus. This phot has the subject in the center.

Creative Angles

Creative angles is the element in which you take the shot at an angle and/or the subject is an angle. In my case this photo has both. She is in an angle and I took the photo in a slight angle as well.

Repetion of Shapes

Repition of shape is where the subject repeats itself. In my photo the repition is the flowers through out the garden.

Fill the Frame

Fill the frame is when the subject is either when the subject is the only thing u see and there is no background, or when there is very little background. In this photo the dog is mostly all you see.

Leading Lines

Leading lines is the element that has some form of line(s) leading to a subject. In this photo the leading lines are the poles and they are leading to the flags.

Rule of Thirds

Rule of thirds is when the subject is not in center. I took this photo because he is not in the center, I like  how I captured him right as he was looking out in the distance.

Framing

When using the element framing you are using other objects to frame another subject. In this photo I took the State Capital of Kansas and had the trees frame around it. The colors are clear and the photo is great.
